2 rooms available huge backyard with trails and lots of fruit trees. Nice updated home clean and furnished nicely. The rooms are unfurnished I’d prefer non smokers and couples are extra. Some pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Ive never had a roommate so this is all new to me i spend my time at this home and another I have so I’m not always home. I work from home and my office as well. Male or female or couples ok. No drugs users please home is very quiet and privately located on a huge lot plenty of parking on site laundry Shared bath with skylight rooms have nice fans and shelving with large closets hardwood floors and new paint throughout. Kitchen is big plenty of storage granite countertops high speed internet and 24/7 security cameras monitoring property. I’m pretty chill just want cool people to share my house with.
