Available from June 1st to August 30/31- 7 mins walk to Berklee & Boston Conservatory - 5 mins walk to Northeastern - 5 mins walk to Symphony Green T Line, 8 mins walk to Orange 10 Line & 10 mins walk to Hynes Convention Center Green Line - Laundry unit in the building right next to ours - 5 mins from Whole Foods & CVS or 12 mins to Trader Joe’s - Lots of food nearby plus the area is regularly patrolled by campus securities so very safeIt is a two bedroom with a shared bathroom and spacious living area. It is $1,750 for my room! The building is full of nice college students and not very loud at all. - My room has two closets and storage on top of them, which is super handy for storage. There is also a closet for storage directly across the bedroom door. - Mattress, rug and dresser included (if you want to keep them)
