Beautiful, fully furnished Master bedroom in a 3-storey townhouse in Niddrie. The Bedroom consists of a double bed, ensuite bathroom, spacious walk-in closet, private balcony with a perfect view of the sunset, desk, lamps, and side tables. This house is shared with three other females. You will find that the size of the house is large enough to have a lot of your own space.

A bit about the girls youll be living with:

Angel (22): Angel is bubbly, kind, always up for a chat, and loves a good deal. Whether it be a free Pilates class or a $5 Maccas meal, you will find her there.

Elisha (22): Elisha is sweet, independent, and super friendly. She is always dependable for the best advice and the handyman of the household.

Emma (22): Emma is a very proactive person; she is down to earth, kind, and probably the most organized person I have ever met. She never fails to provide the entertaining story times.

Cannot recommend living with these girls enough. They are the perfect balance of fun and respectful, which Ive found to be super important. Due to the fact that we are all women, I am only accepting female applicants.

The parking is on the street, although it is a very quiet suburban street. I havent found to have any trouble within the 1.5 years of living here.

Less than 10 mins away from the bus stop and only 8 mins drive to Essendon station. Only a short walk away from a gorgeous river walk that all my housemates enjoy doing on occasion. Close to supermarkets, banks, post office, and an abundance of restaurants/takeaways, cinema, library, and pools.

The house has all furniture and appliances for use including washing machine, microwave, etc. Ducted heating and air conditioning. Price includes all bills (rent, wifi, gas, electricity, and water).
