Hi everyone! My name is Dahlia and I am 23 years old looking for someone interested in renting out one of the rooms in my condo in Temecula (preferably a woman). I work full time during the day and home typically in the evenings. I also have a small dog who may be there sometimes while I am at work. The condo is in a quiet and small community of only 32 units. The room that I will be renting out is a master bedroom with its own bathroom and 2 closets. We would have shared access to the kitchen, living room, balcony, and laundry room. You will also have access to the community pool in the complex. Located within walking distance to Temecula Town Center which has plenty of stores and restaurants such as Target, CVS, Vons, Big Lots and more! Old Town and Wine Country are just a few miles away. It’s also located within 5 minutes of the 15 freeway. The room would be available on July 1st.
