Rent 4 bedroom house in Temecula

Hi! My housemates and I have a room for rent for a 6 month lease starting August 1st. $650 per month, utilities not included and range from 50-100 per month depending on usage. The room is small but fits a full size bed, nightstand, desk, and dresser with TV. It has a closet too. Storage is available for you in the garage & the hallway linen closet. The house has a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, coffee bar, family room, and the bathroom will be shared with 2 other females.We are all in our 20’s or 30’s with full time jobs & are in college too. We just ask that you have a stable income/job, and support the lgbtq+ community as some of us are queer.We have 2 dogs and 1 cat already and are not accepting any other animals.
