Rent 3 bedroom house in Vancouver

I am looking for a roommate to occupy my home.I have 2 empty rooms for you to pick from located upstairs of a very roomy townhouse. (Other room will be converted to an office) Townhouse is a 3bd/2.5 bath. There is a private driveway and garage outside in a very calm neighborhood. Inside, there is a half bath, large kitchen, open concept house with a private fenced backyard patio. All bedrooms are located upstairs and nicely sized. You will have your own bathroom located in the hallway.I am a construction engineer so I will be traveling to and from work most weekdays. I plan on being home most weekends but can be dependent on location which I travel to. The house will be pretty much empty!! When home, I like to clean and hang out with my friends/dog. Speaking of pets, I have 1 smaller sized husky. She’s older and very friendly. She will be traveling with me or at a dog sitter. She naps all day so she will not bother anyone. At this time, I would not like any other pets in home to avoid damage/complaints/etc.I am looking for a roommate who is clean and friendly. No couples please. Open to short (1-3 month leases) or longer leased. Will require a background check for my safety. Room and bathroom will need to be furnished by you.All utilities will be prorated monthly (average about $150 additional). This includes water, electricity, wifi, trash, etc.
