Rent a room in Fort Lauderdale

Room will be available June 1, 2024. Rent would be $1,250. Would need to pay 1/2 or utilities each month which includes electric, water, sewer, trash, and WiFi). You will have your own room and bathroom and share the kitchen, living room and laundry room full size washer & dryer in unit). The room is unfurnished. I'm looking for someone who will stay until August 2025.
