Rent a room in Fort Lauderdale

Fully furnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house. Front load washer & dryer. Very large fenced in backyard with new outdoor lounging couch. Plenty of parking space and even boat/RV parking if needed. Very close to shops, restaurants, elementary school and parks.I currently live by myself and am looking for a tidy, respectful roommate. I have one small dog (7 lbs. very friendly). I am very chill and keep to myself and in my room mostly. Looking for someone who is not too loud or a big partier as I work mornings. Looking for a roommate short term, 1-4 months, could consider longer term if we mesh well. :)
