Rent a room in Fort Lauderdale

I have a 4 bedroom apartment with a spare room . Shared bathroom with kids . I pet puppy. My eldest daughter and wife currently live with me. We have 5 small children 10 and under. If you do not like kids this may not be for you. I am renting this room until December. This is a small room furnished with a dresser and bed. Central air tile floor. Shared kitchen. Rental is for female only one small child is welcome. Must be able to pay rent on timely basis on the 1st of each month. No makes drugs or smoking allowed inside home
